About Machines
1. We have the professional after-sale services teams. When you purchase a laser machine from our company, we will strongly suggest our customer send their engineer to our company to get a training free of charge; If their engineer has the basic knowledge of Coreldraw/AutoCAD/Photoshop, the training will be going more smoothly, and it will only take three days .
2. In the training , we will teach them the general operation rule, maintenance method, and the solution of the general problems of the machines .
3. During the working process of the laser machine in customer side, if there is any very difficult problems which the customers don't know how to solve, we will provide the corresponding solution to customers via telephone or internet (such as e-mail, MSN , Skype) .
4. At the same, if the problems still can't be solved via telephone and internet , we will send our technical engineer to visit customer side to solve the problem directly according to the actual situation at that moment.
Spare Parts
If the parts was broken during the guarantee period, we will provide a new parts free of charge; If the parts was broken during the guarantee period is expired, customer can buy a new one from our company .
