It adopts high-precision digital system, can accurately read the contour of leather and avoid poor area and do rapid automatic nesting on sample pieces (users can also use manually nesting). During the time of nesting, it can also project the same pieces, display sample cutting position on the leather and improve the utilization of leather.

5 inch LCD screen CNC operating system supports multiple data transmission mode and can run in offline and online modes.

The working table is 2500mm×3000mm and it adopts pedrail working platform with optional automatic feeding device, which realize continuous cutting on leather materials.

Genuine leather seat cover material cutting has three working modes for option. One type is function integrated mode, which can do poor area recognition, pattern nesting and cutting and is suitable for small batch production. The second type is double-working-station online operation mode, which adopts two working table -- a genuine leather recognition & nesting table and acutting and rewinding table. It is suitable for medium scale production. The third type is mass production offline operation mode. The working table has genuine leather recognition, nesting, cutting and rewinding parts.
